Hi, my name is Stephanie, welcome to my blog!  This little blog is about my life.  My life consists of running, yoga, classes, working out, reading, and snuggling my pupsicle Achilles and my main squeeze Dr. Os (my fiancé).

Dr. Os and I have been engaged since May.  We are both in our 20s and finishing up additional degrees in school.  Our wedding is in August 2012- right around the corner!  You can see one of our engagement photos below.

I used to work in Public Relations, but am in the process of switching careers into education.  I absolutely love working with kids and love what I am doing now, but I do miss writing (I know, such a nerd 🙂 ).  I am also a 200-hour Hatha certified yoga teacher, and a retired division I soccer player.  I just moved to north Jersey with Dr. Os, and although I am pretty active, I figured this little blog would be a good way to meet like-minded people, and also to keep myself accountable during my numerous solo workouts.

Oldie but goodie.  11/2008, last game of my D1 collegiate soccer career.  Best decision of my life.  #7 forever 🙂
